Refund policy


Since the products we provide are intangible and not subject to change, we do not return the product after it has been paid for and sent to the customer. As a customer, you are responsible for your decision to purchase the offered product as it is offered on our website, without any modifications or additions.

Bonuses provided by our partners are also not returnable services/products.

Subject to the foregoing, we may return a product under the following circumstances:
Products:

  • The product was not delivered: for any reason related to the sending of the goods by e-mail or server performance, you did not receive an email with the product. In this case, we recommend that you contact us for assistance. All claims related to the delivery of the company's products are resolved in the Billing department. To do this, you must apply in writing within no more than 14 days from the date of the order. Otherwise, the product will be considered received and downloaded;
  • Unrecoverable product defects or special difficulty editing the template: although all products are tested by the relevant departments of our company, we do not rule out the possibility of errors. You must contact support within 72 hours of making your purchase. Please note that the company's specialists may need to access your server in order to troubleshoot possible problems with our products;
  • The description of the product differs from the one shown on the website: return of goods for this reason is decided separately in each case. Before making a purchase, please review the information about the source files included in the template package, as well as the software required to edit the template.

Services:

  • Failed service: The service was canceled at the request of the buyer before starting work on the project.
  • Service delay: The service cannot be performed at the scheduled time due to some problems on the side of the service provider. Please note that work on the project will begin after the buyer provides all the information necessary to provide the service, such as access, project specifications, etc. Failure to provide this information in a timely manner may result in the rejection of the refund request.
  • Service does not match description: Such requests must be submitted within 14 days from the project completion date. Clear evidence and details must be provided to prove that the service being provided does not match its description.

For complex projects with multiple phases, a partial refund may be issued to cover the cost of phases that have not been completed. Please note that purchases older than 3 months are non-refundable.

Please note that we do not accept any responsibility and therefore do not accept returns/exchanges for products that are incompatible with third party software (plugins, add-ons, modules, search filters, scripts, extensions, etc.). ), except as noted in the description of our additional products. We also do not support third-party applications.

Refund requests are accepted by the billing department at the address within 2 weeks from the date of the order. In the application, you must specify the details of the order and the reason why you want to return the product. Please make sure you read the above information carefully before sending your email.

The cost of the product will be refunded to your account after signing the non-use agreement for the product/product elements. This agreement is provided by our support team after receiving your letter requesting a refund.
